Someone in our club as brought to me about converting clubs to groups. Now, I've been looking around the information she gave me, and it doesn't look like such a bad idea, but I don't want to do this without all of your opinions. I don't want to do something you all wouldn't like.

Here's the information she gave me to look at ~> FAQ #400: Why should I convert my club to a group and how?

So, I ask you all to say "Yes" or "No" to this. The one with the most votes well be the one I do.
If you say "Yes," I well convert, but if you say "No," I well just keep on doing what I've been doing.

I well give you all to vote 'til December 27, 2009. That is ONE WEEK from now. Why so short? It's for the people who really keep in with the club and read these to vote.

How the updates are going, you wonder?

Well, I'm organizing all the members and affilate. Just to say, I'm redoing just about everything.

So far, I'm done with the affilates, and half way done with the members.

If I don't get anyone to do the birthday's for me, I'll have to get rid of that all together because that I dont' have time for anymore.

But, new things well be coming up and happening, so you've also go something to wait for.

After I get everything done, we'll be having a contest shortly after.

There well be some new rulez too, so be ready for them. They are bad, but still, but ready.

AND!, some people are sending me submit notes. PLEASE, EVERYONE, HOLD THOSE 'TIL I'M DONE!

Alright, for the next couple of weeks, I well be doing major updating to the club. New things, better things, all the good stuff.

I just ask of all of you, not submits 'til I am done. If you send in any, they well be put on hold 'til I'm done so I can work on the updating. The only submits I well be doing is the ones that I have right now in my notes. None other.

People can still join, just don't send any submits to the club.

Hey everyone, I'm back!! I just got done with all the members joining and the submits and I. Am. Tired. I've been working since 1:00 this morning. Sorry I was gone for so long. Took awhile to get back, but I'm back, just like I said! ^^ I well be doing all of the upgrading on the club later on today or sometime tomorrow. Depending on how busy I am. My little bro was born about a month ago, and that's put a spot on things, so yeah. I'm also going to Oklahoma on the 27th or 28 to visit family for two weeks. I was going for three weeks, but I have student council meetings and I have to get ready for them and then go to them. I'll be coming back sometime on the 4th of July week. Anyways, I'm so happy to be back! I've missed you all so much!! Well, I'm going to try and get some sleep now. Ni... uh... Morning.

Alright everyone, I'm moving this weekend. I may not have internet for a little while, so just bear with me please. Once I get the internet in my new place, I'm going to be doing some major construction on most of the club and there will be new things up and running and what not. Hi, if you would like to be a help, note me and I'll see if you're good enough. You must have these things to be a helper.

1# Have to be a DeviantART member on your account for 2 years.* NOTE:You can't have an account and not get on it for two years.
2# Have to have 3 months of experience with clubs* NOTE:You have to have been a helper/owner, not a member.
3# Be able to work under stress
4# Have to come on at least 3 times a week on the club*
5# Must be turstworthy
6# Must be a member of the club

*Doesn't count for translators

NOTE:You must have all of those to be able to be a Help.

What You Can Do

Contest Designer - Make up contest every two months and get people to help out with the prizes.

Birthday Keeper - Have to keep up with the months and put the people who tell their birthdays. NOTE:CAN ONLY PUT BIRTHDAYS IN THE MONTH. IF THEY SAY "My birthday is June 31" AND IT'S SEPTEMBER, YOU CAN'T PUT THEIR BIRTHDAY UP YET. THEY HAVE TO WAIT TIL' JUNE IS HERE.

Sending Un-Fav Notes - This is where you get the most stress. My last person couldn't take it. You have to be able to handle people faving things over and over, but, if they do, you are aloud to block them.

Translator - I need a translator because I can only read english, and every once in a while, there are other language that I can't read. So, I need someone who can translate for me.

Submit - I need someone who can submit the membes pictures to the club.

This is call 'Help' because you don't get paid. You're doing it out of your own will. You should know, if you don't do your job, I well have to let you go and find someone else.

If you want to know what I do, I do the submits, member listing, affiliates, dealing with people who want to leave the club and all of these that I just listed til' I get people to help with them. NOTE:If you take one of the jobs and I see you have a lot to do, I well do some or all of it for you that day.
